Abstract
This study aimed to develop the ‘SMILE Health Promotion Program’, including an exercise program and diet-related education content to promote physical activity and prevent obesity in children and to evaluate its effectiveness. After the program was developed, a one-group pre-and post-test design was applied to 42 children attending two elementary schools in Busan. The intervention was conducted thrice a week(Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 12 sessions for 4 weeks. A questionnaire was conducted before and after the intervention, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0, which performed descriptive statistical analysis, χ2 test, paired t-test, and Wilcoxon signed-rank test. As a result of the intervention, statistically significant results were confirmed in body weight(Ζ=-3.11, p=.002), nutritional knowledge(Ζ=-3.82, p<.001), and meal amount(breakfast)(Ζ=-2.18, p=.029). Although no statistically significant results were confirmed in the exercise and health-related indicators, the inclusion of gamification elements increased children's participation, and positive results were confirmed, such as improved body shape satisfaction and changes in awareness of the need for weight loss. Based on the results of this study, it is thought that it can be used as a practical model for the development of school-based obesity prevention and health education in the future.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the relationships among peer motivational climate, sports contesting orientation, and doping intention as perceived by elite football players. A total of 368 elite football players participated in this study and completed three questionnaires (i.e., peer motivational climate, sports contesting orientation and doping-intention). The collected data were analyzed using statistical software, including descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results showed that first, the task-involving motivational climate had a negative effect on doping intention; however, this effect was not significant. In contrast, the ego-involving motivational climate showed a significant positive effect on doping intention. Second, the task-involving motivational climate had a significant positive effect on partnership orientation. Additionally, both task-involving and ego-involving motivational climates had a significant positive effects on war orientation. Third, partnership orientation had a significant negative effect on doping intention. In conclusion, the ego-involving motivational climate functions as an important social environmental factor that can increase athletes' doping intentions, while partnership orientation plays important role as a key protective factor contributing to doping prevention. Furthermore, both task-involving and ego-involving motivational climates were found to have positive effects on strengthening war orientation. These results suggest the necessity of a comprehensive approach that considers motivational climate and contesting orientation for effective doping prevention among athletes.

Abstract
The objective of the study was to undertake an exhaustive investigation into the perceptions of the efficacy of anti-doping education among university student-athletes. In addition, the study sought to propose methodologies for the establishment of a systematic educational system with a view to enhancing its effectiveness. A case study approach was adopted, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 16 university student-athletes and 6 secondary participants (including athletic department leaders, KADA anti-doping education lectures, and visiting professors in sports-related departments). The findings are as follows: Initially, the participants exhibited a sense of indifference towards anti-doping education, which was attributed to the perceived irrelevance of doping to their respective sporting disciplines. Education was regarded as obligatory for athlete registration, and participants expressed ambivalence regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of online and offline formats. Secondly, strategic approaches for the development of a more systematic anti-doping education system include the following: The systematisation of online education, the innovation of the content and methods of face-to-face education, the improvement of the timing of delivery, and the dissemination of doping-related knowledge in connection with academic sports curricula. This study provides a series of practical recommendations for the enhancement of anti-doping education and the refinement of the prevailing educational framework. These will employ to facilitate the establishment of a sports environment which characterised by fairness and transparency.

Abstract
This study aims to propose policy recommendations to support pregnancy, childbirth, and return-to-sport for female elite athletes in South Korea. A literature review was conducted on maternity protection policies in the UK, US, and Australia at government/NOC, and professional leagues. Data were collected from academic databases and sports organizations' websites. Based on the findings, three key recommendations are proposed. First, legal provisions protecting the maternity rights of female elite athletes should be established and clearly stipulated in the standard contracts for professional and Workplace sports team. Second, domestic sports governing bodies should strengthen research and educational initiatives to support female elite athletes throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and their return to sport, and such programs must be inclusive, targeting not only the athletes themselves but also male coaches and administrators Third, professional sports leagues in South Korea could adopt maternity protection policies through the establishment of players’ unions and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). In particular, the Korea Professional Footballers’ Association, as a full member of FIFPro, could take a leading role in preemptively implementing FIFA’s maternity protection provisions. This study ultimately hopes to encourage more proactive development and implementation of maternity protection policies for female elite athletes within the Korean sports sector.

Abstract
This study aims to provide a systematic academic foundation in the field of sports game result prediction to increase the engagement of sports fans. Due to the development of artificial intelligence and big data, the importance of establishing a theoretical basis and identifying mechanisms for predicting game outcomes in consideration of variables that occur in actual games has been steadily raised. This study focuses on the Korean Basketball League (KBL) preprocessing data from 1,833 games played from the 2017~18 season to the 2023~24 season to collect various variables that have not been validated in previous studies. In terms of research methodology, seven AI algorithms, logistic regression, support vector machine, multilayer perceptron, gradient boosting, extra tree, and random forest, were used to predict the outcome of actual matches. The results of this study showed that the highest prediction accuracy (66.79%) was achieved when the logistic regression algorithm was applied to the combination of 13 optimal variables according to the variable selection method. This is the first study to theoretically contribute and empirically verify sports game result prediction using contextual variables of Korean professional basketball teams during the season integrating resource-based and job demands-resource theory.

Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the effectiveness of uniforms featuring hometown names in professional baseball. Specifically, it investigates the effects of regional attachment, perceived novelty of the uniform, and team loyalty on fans' attitudes toward such uniforms. Furthermore, the study explores how these attitudes differ depending on the level of team identification. It also analyzes the influence of attitude toward hometown-named uniforms on both uniform purchase intention and stadium visit intention, while testing the mediating role of purchase intention in the relationship between attitude and visit intention. To achieve these objectives, an online survey was conducted with 400 individuals who had experience attending professional baseball games. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results revealed that regional attachment, perceived novelty, and attitudinal team loyalty had significant positive effects on attitudes toward hometown-named uniforms. A multi-group structural equation model analysis was also conducted to examine the moderating effect of team identification. The findings indicated that the relationship between regional attachment and uniform attitude was stronger in the high-identification group, whereas the influence of perceived novelty was more prominent in the low-identification group. These findings suggest that incorporating hometown names into uniform design can be an effective strategy to enhance fan loyalty and satisfaction in the context of sports marketing.
